PeopleForce Pty Ltd is a Brisbane based strategic relationship and collaboration consultancy established over 26 years ago with Directors Christopher Elliott and Kaylene Elliott. PeopleForce works with organisations and collaborations to develop and nurture their most critical business relationships. Christopher Elliott
Christopher is a passionate advocate of collaboration. He is driven by a belief that much more can be achieved by stakeholders simultaneously respecting each other’s differences and focusing energy on their common ground positions.
Christopher Elliott (Bachelor of Social Science with a Double major in Psychology and a Masters of Applied Science in Communication Management) is a Director of PeopleForce, a strategic relationship and collaboration consultancy. He helps people and organisations to develop and nurture their most critical business relationships. Christopher weaves together a rare mix of collaboration perspectives, team and organisation sensibilities and the practical experience of having been in line management roles in major Australian corporations. He has developed a range of tools and processes to lead successful multi-stakeholder relationships and collaborations. Christopher draws on more than 35 years experience in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management, specialising in Organisation Development, Leadership, Executive Development and Partnering and Alliances. He has held senior management positions at National Mutual, Westpac, MIM and SUNCORP. From 1994-97, Christopher was the General Manager of Human Resources at SUNCORP. In August 1997 he cofounded PeopleForce. Christopher regularly attends Australian and International Collaboration and Alliance Conferences, and has presented papers in Australia, New Zealand, USA and India. The Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals (ASAP) has recognised Christopher as a Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP). Christopher has the following professional memberships:

Kaylene Elliott
Kaylene is passionate about Data and Analytics and thrives in revealing those “aha” moments. She is a strategic thinker with a laser focus on uncovering critical insights and learnings.
Kaylene Elliott (Bachelor of Economics with a Double Major in Economics and Mathematics) is a Director of PeopleForce, a strategic relationship and collaboration consultancy. She combined over twelve years’ experience in senior Corporate Marketing roles with a 'University top' degree in Economics and Mathematics to consult with clients to identify and gain a richer perspective on their critical business issues. Kaylene has held senior Corporate Marketing roles in HCF and CSR. Kaylene was Corporate Marketing Manager for HCF (Insurance sector) and Senior Marketing Consultant at CSR (Mt Newman Iron Ore Mine). In HCF, Kaylene was responsible for the total marketing effort, including advertising, research, strategic and marketing plans, and business and campaign analysis. She led the development of marketing databases, designed business models for product profitability, branch locations, customer profitability, and management information systems. Kaylene managed the marketing function for Mt Newman Iron Ore Mine for CSR. She also led joint venture competitor and customer research studies, including site visits to Japanese finance, manufacturing and trading companies to undertake benchmark studies on the Japanese Steel Industry. Kaylene has a broad range of clients across the private, public and community sectors. She consults to Boards, Senior Leaders and their teams to provide insights and learnings to create better futures. Kaylene’s passion for social justice and collaboration lead the formation of the Terrace Timor Network (TTN), a voluntary group of parents, teachers and students who developed an empowering relationship with a group of five villages in Timor Leste. TTN established programs in Health, Education and Sustainability (card making and coffee programs) as well as resourcing and building schools in the remote villages of the third world, non-English speaking country. The establishment of these programs occurred during a time of civil unrest in Timor Leste as well as significant management changes in major Australian stakeholders. She is still engaged with this amazing Network which recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary. Kaylene has the following professional memberships:
